Next Working Day Delivery as Standard
Order before 5pm weekdays for delivery the next working day as standard.Saturday & Sunday delivery available. See table for charges.Deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday, premium deliveries are before the time selected and weekend deliveries are between 9:00am and 5:00pm.A signature will be required on delivery, you can choose your delivery day up to 7 days in advance. If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message confirming the couriers consignment number. Proof of identity may be required.Delivered Direct From LenpartItems delivered direct from Lenpart are currently not able to be tracked. Direct dispatch items are only available to Mainland UK only.
Delivered by Courier Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number.If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message confirming the courier’s consignment number.Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.Delivery will be Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and Lenpart will contact you directly by email or if you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message confirming dispatch.Where the customer has requested delivery within 2-6 working days you will be advised of despatch/delivery by e-mail, SMS text message or telephoneOur direct products are delivered FREE except where the product carries a minimum order value or quantity as detailed in our web shop description.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. Or, if you are a registered Lenpart customer, you can add additional addresses by talking with customer services. To protect our customers all orders are subject to standard fraud checks.
Q. What happens if I am out when the delivery courier comes?
All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you have supplied your mobile number you will receive a text message confirming the courier’s consignment number. If no one is available to sign for the parcel the couriers will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to your local post office.
Can I cancel or change my order?

When will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will receive email confirmation of your order as soon as it has been completed, you will then receive despatch confirmation which will have your invoice attached, once a consignment number has been allocated. Please note that if your product is being delivered directly by Lenpart we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Can I get delivery to countries outside of the mainland UK?
Delivery to Northern Ireland is by arrangement only.Yes we are able to deliver to other countries within the EU but this service is by arrangement only.Please do not schedule or start any installation work until after you have received and checked your order for defects or missing parts.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY TO COLLECT?
Collect Today
Collect Today items are currently in stock at our Trade Counter and are available 5 minutes after submitting your order (Trade counter opening hours 6:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday). Outside store hours Collect Today items will be available when the store is next open.
Collect Next Day
Collect Next Day means that the item is not in stock at our Trade Counter but can be ordered for collection the following day. Collect Next Day items will be available at the Trade Counter from 10:00am the next day on orders before 5:00pm.
WHAT DO I DO ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ORDER
When collecting your items you must bring...
- The payment card you used to purchase your items. For security purposes you will need to verify your card using a chip & pin check.
- Your order reference as shown on the Order Confirmation screen.
We'll send you an SMS with your order reference number if you have provided your mobile number.When you get to the store, go straight to the collection point and quote your order reference number to collect your order.Your items will be held at your chosen store for 14 days, after which time you will have to contact customer services on 0208 853 5005 to arrange collection.
CAN I HAVE ITEMS FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY IN THE SAME ORDER?
Yes. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire trolley total.
WHAT HAPPENS ON BANK HOLIDAYS?
On Bank Holidays, Collect Today items will be available on the next working day (within opening hours).Collect Next Day orders placed anytime on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday will be available to collect on Tuesday.More details will be displayed for Easter and Christmas Bank Holidays as appropriate.Please always check trade counter opening hours when placing a collection order.
Returns & CancellationLenpart hope that you will be delighted with our product quality and service, however, if you do need to return an item, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guide below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form.Certain items are excluded from the guarantee. These include goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements, also you cannot return unwanted boilers where the product box/packaging has been opened. Other excluded items are water pumps and hoses manufactured to order.

Post office return is not available for items over 1m in length and 2kg in weight. For these items please call our customer service team for further advice.PayPal Refunds - These are processed through our contact centre. If you return your product to our Trade Counter you will be offered an exchange or a replacement product or a credit note. Alternatively we can arrange a refund via our contact centre to the value of the order.By law we have to provide you with this
cancellation form. However, you do not have to use it and you may find one of the above methods of cancellation / return more convenient for you.
Faulty GoodsIf you purchased the item less than 30 days ago you can return it under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form. Please ensure that all petrol products are drained of fuel and oil before return. If the item has already been installed, call us on
0208 853 5005 for further advice.If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair or where this is not possible we may replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.

Health & Safety InformationThe Classification Labelling & Packaging Regulation 1272/2008 becomes mandatory for mixtures on 1 June 2015.
