Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number.If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message confirming the courier’s consignment number.Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.Delivery will be Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and Lenpart will contact you directly by email or if you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message confirming dispatch.Where the customer has requested delivery within 2-6 working days you will be advised of despatch/delivery by e-mail, SMS text message or telephoneOur direct products are delivered FREE except where the product carries a minimum order value or quantity as detailed in our web shop description.

Q. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. Or, if you are a registered Lenpart customer, you can add additional addresses by talking with customer services. To protect our customers all orders are subject to standard fraud checks.
Q. What happens if I am out when the delivery courier comes?
All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you have supplied your mobile number you will receive a text message confirming the courier’s consignment number. If no one is available to sign for the parcel the couriers will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to your local post office.
Can I cancel or change my order?

When will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will receive email confirmation of your order as soon as it has been completed, you will then receive despatch confirmation which will have your invoice attached, once a consignment number has been allocated. Please note that if your product is being delivered directly by Lenpart we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Can I get delivery to countries outside of the mainland UK?
Delivery to Northern Ireland is by arrangement only.Yes we are able to deliver to other countries within the EU but this service is by arrangement only.Please do not schedule or start any installation work until after you have received and checked your order for defects or missing parts.
